Customer Terms & Conditions:
1. Lost Card Replacement: In case of a lost card, a replacement card can be issued at a charge of AED 2500, physical card always mandatory to show Vertu staff.
2. Card Return for Upgrade: To claim an upgrade to the next benefit tier, customers must return their physical card to a Vertu staff member.
3. VIP Customer Card Requirements: VIP customers must always present their physical card to Vertu staff to claim their lifetime benefits. If the card is lost, the charges mentioned in Clause 1 will apply for replacement.
4. Card Replacement for Damage: VIP customers can replace their card if it becomes bent or fades. A replacement will be issued at an additional charge as per Clause 1.
5. Discount Eligibility: 1⭐ Star Standard, 2⭐⭐ Star Premium, 3⭐⭐⭐ Star Premium Plus, and 4 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ VIP members are eligible for discounts on phones and accessories for a period of 12 months only. All other membership benefits will remain unchanged throughout this period.
